Today, more than ever, careers in cosmetology are the way to go. And we as educational professionals know that you and your career path are unique. Our programs at Dahl's are designed to provide you the serious individual attention you need to build your skills. Our classes are scheduled and sized to give you individual support and attention. Our teachers involve you and help you stay on track.
We offer a program that prepares cosmetologists, barbers, stylists, nail technicians, and other grooming specialists to teach their specializations in licensed and accredited schools of cosmetology and barbering, and to prepare for licensure as instructors. Includes instruction in cosmetology arts and sciences teaching principles; student learning styles; professional curricula development; instructional planning; instructional methods and aids; student counseling and career assistance; test development; and classroom/clinic management.
We have a proven curriculum. Milady, for 80 years, has been the standard in cosmetology education. We use Paul Mitchell products. The Paul Mitchell network in the United States and Canada is over 70,000 salons strong. For over thirty years the students of Dahl's have graduated and gone on to professional careers in all facets of the beauty industry. Our graduates are found in every community in north central Montana.
We know that the most important reason to go to school is to get a job, launch a great career and start earning a salary. Employers respect a degree from Dahl's. In the last five years over 99% of our graduates have passed the Montana Exam for Licensing, and over 99% of these have found jobs.
Our student financial aid advisors are available to help you access thousands of dollars in financial aid and scholarships. We have helped hundreds of students with their financial planning to get the very best deal to pay for their educations. We are the only cosmetology school in Great Falls approved by the U.S. Department of Education for Federal Financial Aid Assistance for our students. If you qualify, you are eligible for federal grants that will help pay for your schooling. We are the only school to offer the very low interest rate Federal Perkins Loans available to university and college students throughout the country.

But to really reach the top-to make the best possible use of you talents and artistry-you`ll need the best education you can find through: Presentation: Practical and theoretical topics are presented in an organized and ongoing method. Practice: All techniques are executed and practiced on mannequins, clients and models to achieve maximum proficiency. Progress: Student progress is evaluated each month for both practical and theoretical performance as well as attendance. Prepared: Students graduaute prepared to pass the state board examination and apply their skills to all phases of Cosmetology for financial and personal satisfaction. Professional: The focus of the curriculum is directed to the needs and demands of the profession. Positive: Graduates have a positivee influence in the community as stylists, managers, salon owners and instructors. Potential: Current graduate surveys and employers evaluations continue to assit us in the development of a sound and updated program.
