Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative with a background in servicing mortgages for a large government client. The ideal candidate will have 3- 5 years experience within the mortgage industry, and a strong understanding of mortgages. This candidate should have experience with FHA loans and should come from a background in servicing, underwriting, loss mitigation, or origination. The candidate will be answering calls from the general public. Calls could be concerning different loans, or mortgages specifically reverse mortgages. The shift is from 11:30-8pm and will be onsite in our Plainfield location.

Job Requirements

    3-5 years of experience within the mortgage industry
  • FHA, VA, USDA, HUD mortgage preferred
Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills
High school diploma required

Experience/ knowledge of loss mitigation, reverse mortgages, loan/ mortgage origination
Experience with mortgage loans
