Insight Global is looking for a call center representative to work for one of our largest government contracting clients. The ideal candidate will have two years experience in customer service, and call center environments. In addition, we require 1 year of mortgage service experience. On a basis the candidate will be answering calls from the general public regarding the HUD (Housing and Urban Development) program and escalating more complex issues to the mortgage customer service team. You will be speaking to the clients about FHA loans and walking them through eligibility processes. You will be required to pass a credit check during the interview process. The shift for this position is 11:30-8pm. This will be onsite in our Plainfield location.
1-2 years mortgage servicing experience (FHA, VA, USDA, HUD mortgages) 1-2 years customer service experience High school diploma
