Job Description: 

Warranty administrators ensures the dealership is paid for warranty work by preparing, submitting and following up on claims. As with all positions within dealerships, warranty administrators are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process all warranty claim for reimbursement
  • Maintain warranty receivable schedules to secure payment
  • Assist Service Advisor and Technicians in use of proper operation codes and labor times applicable to warranty repairs
  • Review and distribute manufactures campaigns, product recalls and bulletins
  • Ensure all aspects of the warranty process are fulfilled for audit requirements
  • Maintain electronic/filling records of all claims submitted, returned/rejected or paid

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Prior CDK/ADP Experience
  • Prior Experience in Warranty Dept at Dealership (1 year minimum) 
  • Prior Experience Inputting Chrysler Warranty
  • Proficient Computer skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Detail Oriented
  • Organized
