What’s Not: Tax Preparers and Credit Counselors often do selfless work as reflected by their mean annual income of $45,340 (up from $35,350 in 2008) and $49,480, an increase from $41,970 in 2008, respectively. As a matter of fact, both tax-related occupations in this Business and Financial Operations group are among the least paid.
