Summary

This position is located at: Warrior Hills Golf Course - Fort Polk, Louisiana. Nested in the heart of Fort Polk sits the Warrior Hills Golf Course. There are enjoyable fairways winding through stunning Louisiana scenery that includes an 18-hole golf experience for all skill levels. This is an open continuous announcement. All qualified applicants will be forwarded to management on a weekly or as needed basis.

Duties

• Assists in the maintenance and repair of building interiors. Patches and paints walls, replaces faucet washers, light bulbs and fuses.
• Assists in the maintenance and repair of building exteriors. Prepares surfaces for painting by applying by applying sealing compounds and primers. Finishes rough edges, smoothing them with file, emery cloth and sandpaper.
• Assists in the maintenance and repair of the grounds. Cuts grass, plants, trims hedges, trees and shrubbery. Dispose of trash.
• The incumbent may be required to operate a half ton and up to a one ton motor vehicle to and from worksite to transport material and personnel.
• If required to operate a motor vehicle, prepares trip tickets, performs driver's daily maintenance and reports any major repairs needed to supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned.
